Maintenance Management Systems Lead:

background:
FPS is a 100% INEOS-owned integrated oil and gas liquid transportation and processing system with a nominal capacity in excess of one million barrels per day serving the central area of the North Sea.
job purpose:
Provides stewardship and governance for the Centralised Maintenance Management Systems, with maximum system administrative rights: Maximo, Primavera P6 and key interfaces e.g.
principle accountabilities:
- CMMS owner: technical expert for all CMMS strategy, queries, improvements, changes, issue management and ongoing support
- Ensure Maximo SU group model is working efficiently: clear roles and responsibilities, access needs, actions, training requirement and visibility of issues
- Defines expectations and process for management and triage of issue and tickets to respective/ responsible IT support and 3rd party specialists to ensure 100% system availability for Primavera P6 and Maximo managing relationship between FPS IT and specialist support vendors
- Manage team to coordinate and provide technical and system administrative support for the assets including data, technical reporting, workflows and issue management
- Owns the improvement plan: collating and prioritising system improvements to simplify and align with business processes
- Project manage delivery, testing and golive of new functionality developed by the thirdparty support provider
- Focal point for annual statutory auditor (Deloitte) coordination for Maximo. Agreeing and managing actions relating to system governance and compliance
- Chair of Maximo Super User (SU) monthly update meeting: report on system issues, errors, triage/ efficiency and oversee/ feedback on improvement actions
- Reviews daily error, trap and operating reports for key systems
- Provide oversight of 1st/2nd line support to system users and manage escalation to thirdparty support provider for 3rd line support issue
- Provide systems training to new users, or to support rollout of new functionality, including preparation of training materials
- Manage user base, from access levels to usage monitoring and license requirements
- Liaise with the business with regard to requirements for new functionality and prepare user requirement specifications for progression with the thirdparty support provide
- FPS representative within CMMS networks both internally to INEOS and externally with CMMS service providers and OEMs keeping up to date with current technology changes, trends, upgrades and improvements
special features:
A new centralised team, dedicated to optimising the maintenance strategy and Work Management (planning processes, systems and reporting) is being setup, which will reside within the transformation function during the design and implementation phase.
Key challenge1:
establish a new central CMMS team, delivery model, standards/ ways of working and interface with FPS IT to meet business needs - including a functional Maximo super-user group
Key challenge 2:
drive standardisation in approach to CMMS system use and reporting
Key challenge 3:
support Maintenance build and work management project, with specialist input:
Maintenance build: functional and location hierarchy, data quality and management, uploading, change management, system workflow support, attachment and link setup and user training
Work management project: work flow alignment with new and improved processes
qualifications and technical experience:
- On the job experience and HND/ or Degree qualification in related field e.g. STEM/ computer science
- IT CMMS expert; experienced with deep understanding and technical knowledge of underlying system architecture, setup, error management, audit and user management Ability to lead, coach and develop personnel in function and across system super user groups e.g. Maximo and Primavera P
- Strong leadership skills to influence across all business assets and functions to drive successful continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to effectively manage external relationships with vendors, SLA providers and other key stakeholders
- Strong communication, engagement and coaching skills, with a capacity to influence on Q&A matters at all levels within FPS
- Able to network inside and outside of business: provide insight into latest technology trends
