About this role:


As an FMCG Partnerships Executive you'll work alongside a senior manager to champion our global FMCG partnerships across our international markets, with a focus on the UK and South Europe.

You're able to help our restaurant partners grow, delivering fantastic promotions for customers, boosting sales for FMCG and orders for our business.


Working with our country marketing and sales teams, you'll develop and manage a portfolio of strategic global partnerships that drive deep commercial value.

By collaborating, you're able to understand local variances and ensure a relevant proposition for each market while delivering scalable solutions.

Collaboration is a vital ingredient in this role.

That includes working closely with our key partners to establish strong plans and with our internal teams to drive analysis and insight focused on our customers and restaurants.


These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Develop and deliver FMCG Joint Business Plans (JBP) providing the platform to grow lasting valuable partnerships
  • Analysis of data to identify insights and opportunities
  • Build presentations for internal & external use
  • Daytoday management of the agreed JBP deliverables
  • Management of JBP budgets
  • Write briefs and comms plans for B2B and B2C comms
  • Working cross functionally to deliver campaigns which meet JET objectives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and sales team to drive transparency and frequency of orders
  • Build strong client relationships

What will you bring to the table?

  • Proven Account Management/Executive experience ideally within FMCG or retail (Grocery) environments
  • Strong commercial acumen & analytical skills
  • Desire to take on new challenges and learn new skills
  • Proven ability to grow accounts through implementation of joint business plans and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Experience analysing data with great attention to detail to identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to build strong relationships and drive long term engagement
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations
  • Knowledge of operations and field sales teams
  • Experience of working within a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Tableau, Salesforce and Google suite preferred.
