Wessex Electricals are a family run company based in North Dorset, with over 57 years' experience in the Electrical and Property Care industry.

Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team at our head office in Shaftesbury.


Main Duties & responsibilities:


  • To be responsible for up to 60 engineer's timesheets, to ensure they are actioned and processed accordingly ready for deadline each month.
  • To answer the department telephones and take messages when necessary for other members of staff.
  • Assist the Team Supervisor with any administration tasks required.
  • This list of responsibilities and duties is not exhaustive, and the Company will expect you to perform other duties relevant to the job title._

  • Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent ability to organize and prioritise workload effectively to meet targets and deadlines.

Remuneration:

- £22,880 p/a
