Our client is a fast-growing Specialist Finance Intermediary (Bridging, Development, Portfolio Finance) who are looking for an experienced Content & Social Marketing Manager to join their expanding business.


You will be leading content creation and production across the business ensuring that all content meets audience and brand needs while delivering against strategic, campaign and project objectives.

You will be expected to write some seriously great contentthat makes audiences think, builds trust in our brand, and gets them engaged.


Responsibilities include (Non exhaustive)

  • Delivering creative assets that will drive and support the commercial ambitions of the business and quarterly OKRs
  • Develop and articulate the brand's voice by narrating its story across all touchpoints.
  • Demonstrating great writing ability, preferably showing a great understanding of financial content, to be able to write or review articles written by agency resource or within the team
  • Devising and implementing the endtoend content strategy, ensuring the CRM programme is enriched with meaningful content.
  • Leading all brand comms. Manage the designer and any agency copy writing resource in producing pitchperfect comms across print, digital and social. Oversee digital production and delivery.
  • Working with the SEO manager to drive organic search visibility through creation of optimised content. Working with key stakeholders within the business to help elevate the business to the top of Google's organic search listings.

We would like to see

  • 3+ years of proven experience creating content
  • Ability to think creatively about requirement and deliver high brand standards
  • Experience and confidence working on digital platforms
  • Experience writing copy to a brand's tone of voice
  • Experience in leading and managing a growing creative team
  • Excellent copywriting, communication skills and the ability to work cross functions
  • Highly collaborative, detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience of working within the finance or property verticals.
  • Ecommerce/online marketplace/SaaS or Fintech environment. (Desirable)

For you
Basic salary up to £40k.

Performance related bonus scheme

24 days holiday + 3 extra days at Christmas (plus 1 day extra for each year of service up to 28 days. (Plus, Bank Holidays)
