  • Exercise judgement in weighing input against anticipated impact.
  • Adapt to changes
  • Document the underlying logic to allow other analysts or technical staff to study the analysis in greater depth.
  • Identify issues for defined problems, navigate unexpected complexity, and identify solutions for the proposed analytical/technical approach.
  • Effectively frame and escalate issues to be addressed by manager/stakeholders.
  • Recommend actions and solutions to stakeholders and audiences based on seniority and technical familiarity.
  • Serve as the trusted partner within the team, and with crossfunctional teams within Marketing.
  • Provide guidance and effectively manage relationships with partners, agencies, or TVCs.
  • Contribute to shared team responsibilities and broader analyst community (e.g., by interviewing).
  • Distil analyses effectively and effectively communicate the takeaways to other team members and stakeholders using tables, visualisations, presentations, effective writing, and verbal and written communications.
  • Demonstrate relevant business acumen to deeply understand how analytics work fits in with broader team objectives.
  • Recommend the appropriate metrics and data sets to illustrate issues critical to the success of the business.
Expertise

  • Possess broad expertise for delivery of data extraction and manipulation, dashboarding/visualisation, experimental design, statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and/or qualitative and quantitative research techniques, with ample awareness of otheranalytical techniques to ensure the right approach is taken.

Conduct data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesise information, solve problems, and influence business decision-making through insights and market trends.


Optimise business performance


Conduct strategic analysis, identifying, evaluating, and recommending ways to optimise business performance and deliver best-in-class execution within relevant PA, function, or sub-function with mínimal guidance.
