Globe Locums is a Framework approved, leading clinician led healthcare recruitment business based in London providing medical professionals, for short
- and long-term contracts throughout the UK utilising a global pipeline.


Key Results Area

  • Competent understanding of the NHS staffing supplier portals.
  • Supervise the teams work in both the UK and India, ensuring a high service level is achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of escalation for the UK and India teams.
  • Support in the automation projects within the team, ensuring all testing is completed and reported back to the Finance operations manager.
  • Building strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Notifying workers and internal teams when known issues have arisen in the scheduled payments of workers
