_ Overview of Role_

  • We are looking for a Customer Service Representative
  • Advised Sales who is passionate about customer service, is selfmotivated and driven to succeed. If you naturally take accountability and ownership of situations and keep the customer at the heart of what they do, then this could be the role for you._

_ What will you be doing?_

  • Providing excellent customer service by:_
- _Deepening relationships by effectively handling direct enquiries from all of our customers whether policyholders, Broker's or Letting Agents - through various contact channels_
- _Taking a pro-active approach to customer retention and new business sales, using questioning skills and understanding customer needs._
- _Resolving customer dissatisfaction at first point of contact._
- _Understanding and adhering to all regulatory requirements and following the business process and procedures._
- _Deliver right first-time service excellence by ensuring you maintain a sound understanding of Paymentshield's products and services._


_ What we're looking for:
_
- _An individual who is self-motivated and has a strong desire to meet and exceed targets and customer expectations._
- _Has the ability to communicate effectively to internal and external customers._
- _Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, by being able to quickly identify and acknowledge issues, and attempting to resolve them quickly._
- _Flexibility in supporting colleagues and the business to achieve common goals._
- _Representatives who are enthusiastic, and who can recognise when customers & colleagues need empathy & compassion._
