Sacco Mann are currently working with a leading international law firm who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy team in Manchester.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will act on behalf of a varied client base such as large development companies, banks, pension funds, private investors and retail funds


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of transactions to include short term leases, licenses to occupy, licenses to assign, deeds of variation/easements and rent reviews.
  • Managing straight forward sales/purchases
  • Carrying out title and occupational lease review exercises
  • Set up and management of data rooms
  • Assistance with completion and postcompletion registrations, forms, filing and client signing/reporting requirements.
