What does the role involve?
We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator for our Vehicle Solutions division based in Trowbridge.

As part of our Facilities team, you will be the first point of contact for those visiting our office, delivering a high-quality customer experience.


In addition, you will provide administrative support for travel and accommodation bookings, ordering stationery and consumables, ordering buffet lunches, meeting room bookings, post room duties, arrange couriers, raising purchase orders and also utilising and managing our Spacewell booking app for desk and car park bookings.


The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm and in the office full time.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Be our visitor champion and take full responsibility for the whole experience guests receive on site at Novuna
  • Operate in a polite and professional manner, meeting and greeting internal and external stakeholders with a warm welcome

What are we looking for?


We are looking someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with previous skills and knowledge gained in an administration or customer service environment.

Previous experience as front of house or within a receptionist role is highly desirable, but not essential.


You must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and be comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.


Also, we're looking for the following:

  • A great team player who is flexible in collaborating with the wider team
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and work on own initiative
  • Confident in building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and continue to provide a great level of service at all times
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to run reports and use formulae when required
