Your role will be pivotal in shaping the user journey, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed user expectations.

About You:

You're passionate about technology, with a keen eye for detail and a natural empathy towards user needs.

You will have a proven track record of successfully delivering digital projects and possess excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.


  • Demonstrable experience in a product experience or user experience role, preferably within the eLearning or SaaS industry.
  • A track record of successfully deploying software products based on client requirements
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to maintaining high quality standards and enhancing user satisfaction.

About The Role:


As a Product Experience Specialist at Omniplex Learning, you'll play a critical role in leading the end-to-end delivery of our customer deployments and product knowledge needs, ensuring that project outputs align with our business strategy and user needs, driving product improvements, and delivering an exceptional user experience.


  • Implementing systems and delivering associated activities such as workshops, coaching, and informal training
  • Assisting with presales demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
  • Developing and executing all project processes, including sales handover, support handover, and new implementations.
  • Understanding, interpreting, and documenting client requirements.
  • Creating project management reporting, including status, risks, issues, etc.
  • Maintaining appropriate project documentation, including dashboards, project plans, and change control documents
  • Working closely with the support and development teams to avoid, mitigate, or resolve project risks and issues.
  • Providing best practice and advice to clients to drive consistent improvement in their processes and programs.
  • Interrogating client requirements to ensure longterm customer satisfaction when appropriate.
  • Sharing the implementation process and adapting it where needed.
  • Working with the Marketing team and Sales Management to review products and work on sales enablement strategies when required.
  • Understanding the marketplace and keeping up to date with industry trends.
