Are you an experienced estate agency
valuer/lister who wants to work for one of the leading estate agents in the UK?

We are looking to add another experienced valuer to our established and successful team working at our Lancaster office.

The role will involve the following:

Arranging and carrying out market appraisals for sales and lettings properties following full research into the property before your visit.

Bringing new properties onto our sales and lettings register.

Keeping fully up to date with the trends in the local market and industry knowledge.

Building and developing great relationships with existing and new clients.

Ensuring all client expectations are well managed and exceeded.

Keeping in regular contact with your clients.


Personal expectations:

Have at least 3 years experienced working as a valuer/lister.

You must have exceptional communication skills via phone and in person.

You must have a positive attitude and make a positive contribution to our office life and work effectively and harmoniously as part of our team.

You need to want to succeed and thrive as part of a team who are constantly looking to improve the service standards within our industry and consistently deliver the highest standards of service to our customers.

The
Salary on offer will include a
basic, plus a commission for every one of your listings that goes on to complete, so on target earning should be in
excess of £35,000

Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
