Finance Administrator

Lincoln - LN1 1YL

Salary - £24,000 - £26,000

Full time, 12 Month FTC


We currently have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Central Commercial Team for a leading Facilities Management company based in Lincoln.


The role will be assisting the commercial and operational team to comply with all Commercial and administration processes and procedures whilst ensuring a successful project outcome.


Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating commercial trackers.
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • General support as required for commercial and operational teams.
  • Purchase card administration.
  • Entering costs in to CAFM (database) system.
  • Preparing quotes for client and updating registers.
  • Validation and payment of subcontractor invoices.
  • Ordering and maintenance of consumable stock levels
  • Process holiday, expenses and overtime claims as required.
  • Review Maximo reports and chase outstanding jobs as required.
  • Collating engineers reports and timesheets to assist service deliver.

What we are looking for:


  • Experience of COINS (desirable)
  • Previous experience of buying/purchasing/invoicing (essential)
  • Strong Administration skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
