Salary - £24,000 - £26,000
Full time, 12 Month FTC
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Central Commercial Team for a leading Facilities Management company based in Lincoln.
The role will be assisting the commercial and operational team to comply with all Commercial and administration processes and procedures whilst ensuring a successful project outcome.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating commercial trackers.
- Raising Purchase Orders
- General support as required for commercial and operational teams.
- Purchase card administration.
- Entering costs in to CAFM (database) system.
- Preparing quotes for client and updating registers.
- Validation and payment of subcontractor invoices.
- Ordering and maintenance of consumable stock levels
- Process holiday, expenses and overtime claims as required.
- Review Maximo reports and chase outstanding jobs as required.
- Collating engineers reports and timesheets to assist service deliver.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of COINS (desirable)
- Previous experience of buying/purchasing/invoicing (essential)
- Strong Administration skills
