We are looking for new weekend teachers to join Aberdeen Swimming Academy.


Job Title:
Swimming Teacher


Fee:
£20 per hour


Contract Type:
Self Employed

Shifts Available:
Saturdays 13:00-16:00/ Saturdays 15:30-18:30/ Sundays 13:45-16:45

Location:
Various locations covering the city.

About A

SA:
Aberdeen Swimming Academy. We provide safe, fun and progressive group and private swimming lessons to children of all ages. Operating in a number of pools in the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire area.

Our successful Learn to Swim Programme is extremely popular and we deliver high quality lessons to over 900 swimmers each week.

Our structured lessons and award pathways allow our students to increase water confidence and safety, along with improving their overall ability and technique.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To deliver high quality lessons in accordance with the A.S.A Standards & Core Values
  • Be reliable, passionate and enthusiastic
  • Maintain assessment and attendance records
  • Ensure a safe and fun learning environment is created

Key Requirements

  • Must hold Level 2 or SSTQ qualification in swimming teaching.
  • Must be able access venues via private or public transport
  • Must be enthusiastic and motivated to deliver a high quality of service
  • Excellent communication

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 3 per week


Salary:
Up to £20.00 per hour
