Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a government organisation who are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join their team on a contract basis.

ROLE:
Employee Relations Advisor

LOCATION:
London / hybrid

CONTRACT: 6 months ongoing

RATE:
£250 to £349 umbrella per day

Please note that this role is a hybrid working role (2 pays per week)

The Role

To work within the team in managing around 5060 cases of employee cases
Providing values driven first point of contact case management support for our line managers on individual (Tier 2) employee relations issues
The cases vary from long term sickness, probation, discipline, performance issues with a wide variety of cases across the department
Provide absence management guidance to line managers, supporting the endtoend long term absence management process including any queries relating to occupational health referrals

The Person & Qualifications

HR experience, including a background in employee relations and case management
CIPD level 5 is essential for understanding
Someone with recent case management experience ideally in public sector would be desirable
