Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a government organisation who are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join their team on a contract basis.

Employee Relations Advisor
LOCATION:
London / hybrid
CONTRACT: 6 months ongoing
RATE:
£250 to £349 umbrella per day
Please note that this role is a hybrid working role (2 pays per week)
The Role
- To work within the team in managing around 5060 cases of employee cases
- Providing values driven first point of contact case management support for our line managers on individual (Tier 2) employee relations issues
- The cases vary from long term sickness, probation, discipline, performance issues with a wide variety of cases across the department
- Provide absence management guidance to line managers, supporting the endtoend long term absence management process including any queries relating to occupational health referrals
The Person & Qualifications
- HR experience, including a background in employee relations and case management
- CIPD level 5 is essential for understanding
- Someone with recent case management experience ideally in public sector would be desirable
