The Role

This excellent Employment Solicitor opportunity in Leeds will allow you to manage your own caseload of high quality contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

As an experienced member within the team you will be supporting the partners across a range of health and social care matters.

You can expect to work on and supervise less experienced members in the team on a range of high quality matters including:

  • Internal disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Reviewing policies, procedures and contracts
  • Employment tribunals
  • Advising on TUPE processes
Building a strong network of clients is encouraged within the firm from the outset. Therefore, networking will be an important element to your role.

Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with experience of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters in a regional, national or international firm.

As you will be managing a caseload of both public and private sector matters you will have ideally gained health and social care employment experience.

Advocacy experience is desirable yet not essential.

Having a supportive and teamworking nature is essential as you will have management responsibilities of less experienced members within the team.
