Description

Consilium are supporting a rapidly growing precision machining business undertaking work for a diverse range of sectors including Aerospace, Telecoms, Automotive, Defence and Industrial component manufacturing.

They are seeking a Stock Controller to support despatch and good in activities.


Salary:
£ 24,000 - £ 32,000 p.a. (Dependent on Experience) + Pension + Paid Overtime + Bonus.

**Location: Rugby, Coventry, Nuneaton, Daventry, Lutterworth, Southam

The Role


The Stock Controller role is a permanent position available as a full-time option or alternatively with adapted hours on a flexible basis with salary pro rata depending on hours worked.


The Stock Controller will support the accurate management of products despatched and goods in alongside maintaining accurate records for the production and inventory notes.


You will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail to ensure that products are despatched correctly and in a timely manner in accordance with packaging requirements and customer directives.

The Stock Controller will also ensure that goods, materials and equipment are booked in correctly including supporting deliveries and maintaining records.


The Stock Controller will use a modern work-in-progress tracking system to capture data and ensure that this record is up-to-date.

You will use an MRP type system alongside MS-Excel daily and develop effective working relationships all stakeholders.


The Person


You will be able to read and understand production directives and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment producing precision engineered components for a range of sectors.

The Stock Controller will be comfortable in supporting deliveries and goods-in activity in a busy factory.


The role is available on a flexible hour's basis (pro rata) and options including hrs, 0800/0900 hrs to 1500/1600 hrs to suit the applicant, typically between a 6 to 8 hour working day.

Extensive training is provided continuously for the role as part of your ongoing professional development with the business.
