Job Summary:
IM Group Services is the UK's largest family owned and operated shopping management company. Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing all phone calls
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Managing calendars and appointment bookings
- Creating, maintaining and organising all filing systems
- Preparing paperwork and appropriate work spaces for meetings
- Preparing, proof reading and distributing reports
- Updating and maintaining policies and procedures
- Tracking, ordering and distributing office supplies
- Assisting with any other office based tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems and office software (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
