Description
PW Living Ltd is a property management and maintenance company which work closely with a wide range of property managers, organising and conducting a variety of works, on both a small and large scale.
We are currently looking for 2 experienced administrators to join our team, 1 full time in office and 1 part time in office.
Role and responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required
- Operating "plentific" an online job maintenance platform
- Diary management and arranging appointments,
- Creation and maintenance of various spreadsheets (Annual leave, Repairs, Gas checks etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Providing administration support to Senior Management
- Checking contractor timesheets and inputting hours worked and payment date
- Chasing timesheets when necessary in order to obtain required information
- Assisting with raising sales invoices and chasing overdue payments
- Dealing with Contractor queries and providing information and support
Your role will be key to supporting the delivery of a housing maintenance & repairs service to the residents of London & surrounding areas, through repairs, maintenance & installations of heating systems to a high standard.

Salary:
£12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
