PW Living Ltd is a property management and maintenance company which work closely with a wide range of property managers, organising and conducting a variety of works, on both a small and large scale.


We are currently looking for 2 experienced administrators to join our team, 1 full time in office and 1 part time in office.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record, outstanding attention to detail and high customer care standards.


Role and responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required
  • Operating "plentific" an online job maintenance platform
  • Diary management and arranging appointments,
  • Creation and maintenance of various spreadsheets (Annual leave, Repairs, Gas checks etc.)
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Providing administration support to Senior Management
  • Checking contractor timesheets and inputting hours worked and payment date
  • Chasing timesheets when necessary in order to obtain required information
  • Assisting with raising sales invoices and chasing overdue payments
  • Dealing with Contractor queries and providing information and support


Your role will be key to supporting the delivery of a housing maintenance & repairs service to the residents of London & surrounding areas, through repairs, maintenance & installations of heating systems to a high standard.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
£12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
