I am working with a leading Insurance organisation who are looking for a IT service desk Analyst to join their IT team, your job will be to ensure efficient running of services on a day to day basis within the organisation, you will be providing supportall internal customers who use their system.

I am working with a leading Insurance organisation who are looking for a IT service desk Analyst to join their IT team, your job will be to ensure efficient running of services on a day to day basis within the organisation, you will be providing supportall internal customers who use their system.


In order to be considered for this role you must come from a technical background, with experience of hand on PC desktop, Laptop, networking and server technologies.

You will need good experience of desktop software specifically Windows, Microsoft office365 and Azure, as well as administration experience or Windows 10 or higher.

Ideally you will come from an Insurance or wider Financial Services background.
