This well regarded Hertfordshire based firm are hiring into their successful and award winning private client team.

The team is split into three main groups, with their solicitors and fee earners specialising in different facets of private client matters.

LPA's and COP, Wealth Management, and Trusts and Probate.
The ideal solicitor for this position will have experiencedealing with contentious trusts and probate. The firm are based in a hot-spot of Hertfordshire, offer fantastic benefits and a highly competitive regional salary. Due to their location and long standing clients, matters are of high value and are often complex.

Ideal experience includes (but not limited to):

  • Executor/trustee claims
  • Claim defending
  • Power of Attorney disputes
  • Will challenging
  • Court of Protection disputes
