We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Representative with a passion for providing an excellent standard of customer service.

Working Hours:
pm Monday to Friday

Requirements:

What is essential to us

An excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Proactive and positive approach to problem resolution.
Quick learner with ability to adapt to and implement new procedures.
IT literate and able to use MS Office packages with the ability to learn new systems.
Proven track record of hitting (nonsales based) targets and meeting objectives. (Desirable)
Previous experience of working on an ERP system, such as Axapta. (Desirable)
Process customers' quote requests and orders on our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
Meet individual and department KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Problem solve and make informed decisions to ensure customer needs are consistently met.
Working towards a team target of ensuring all orders are processed on the same day they are received.
Communicate effectively with our global network of offices and distribution centres across Europe, Asia, and the US.

What we would like you to do

Here in Ely, we are responsible for the Motion Control and Optical Tables product line.

Where you will be working?

This role will be working in our new purpose-built facility just 12 miles from Cambridge, within the beautiful mediaeval city of Ely.

There are train and bus links to Ely from Kings Cross and Liverpool Street London, and our site is within reasonable walking distance of Ely train station and Ely Bus station.
