My client is a leading Consumer Electronics company looking to hire a Product Manager for a 12 month fixed Term role.
As part of our team, you will:
Work in the Kitchen Product Management team and learn about the business and running the category as if it was your own personal business.
You will develop all of your natural entrepreneurial traits and refine them as you learn more detailed elements ofSales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain
Learn many other aspects of how the retail industry works, gaining an insight on Merchandising, Stock Planning, Customer Experience and Buying.
Be involved in the finance elements of the business gaining an understanding of Profit Margins, Cost of Goods, Promotional expenditure and the nuances of the P and L (Profit and Loss) in order to identify areas for improvement within the business operation.
Be involved in the running of the Kitchen Business with the main focus being able to grasp and run the PSI (Purchase, Sales and Inventory) side of the business, working with the Sales teams on forecasting by model, liaising with the Kitchen team in Japan,reporting sales performance and sales forecast variations and managing the purchase budget for stock.
With more experience and knowledge, there will be opportunities to work on Business Planning cycles, Business Reviews and engage directly with customers to gain some insight as tohow we can improve our overall business process.

Product Marketing Experience
A positive and proactive approach in adapting to a fast-paced environment and business demands
Self-motivation, adaptable and flexible.
Ability to use initiative with good organisation skills and manage conflicting deadlines
A team player with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to effectively manage and prioritise a multitude of initiatives to ensure consistent delivery
Solid experience using tools, e.g., intermediate Excel and Powerpoint
