An exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales Order Processor based in Shirley/Solihull to join a dedicated, internal sales order processing team.

Hours of work will be 8:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Processing customer orders up to 100 per day proven data input and accuracy is essential
  • Good commercial, social and communication skills, enabling you to liaise with colleagues and customers in a polite and professional manner


  • Excellent IT skills

  • Attention to details is a must, in order to spot and correct any errors upon receipt of orders or entry onto the system

Role Responsibilities:


  • Acting as the first point of contact to the customers dealing with any queries
  • Sales order processing.
  • End to end sales order processing from receipt to dispatch, and thereafter.
  • Check all customer orders, assure they are correct, and contact for amendments if needed.
  • Check processed orders for accuracy.
  • Complete filing of paperwork to prepare for invoicing.
