    We work in collaboration with the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) as one of our Principal Collaborators. CCAF is a research centre at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, which aims to create and transfer knowledge addressing emergent gaps relating to technology-enabled financial innovation.

    A New Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced Learning Designer to support our Capacity Building and Education (CB&E) team in delivering an innovative learning design for a new executive education course targeting the financial regulatory ecosystem.

    The successful candidate will lead the creative development of the course, drawing on academic expertise, learner needs, and cutting-edge methods, technologies, and delivery models.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Designing and implementing a comprehensive learning experience for the new course.
    • Collaborating with subject matter experts to define effective learning outcomes aligned with course goals.
    • Leading on learning quality, methodology, and the integration of new learning technologies.
    • Contributing to cross-functional teams throughout the course development process.
    • Bringing global best practices and insights from areas such as future learning, neuroscience, and educational innovation.
    • Producing a detailed learning design blueprint to guide future course development within the CB&E team.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing learning outcomes based on overall course objectives.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering comprehensive learning experiences using Bloom's taxonomy.
    • In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles, quality standards, and educational technologies.
    • Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support all stages of course development.
    • Skilled in creating comprehensive learning design documents.
    • Familiarity with international best practices and innovations in education.
    • Familiarity with the creation of process blueprints to support operationalisation of new course development.
