Sulzer are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations within the Southampton Service Centre. If you are highly motivated, hardworking with excellent communication and customer service skills then we have the role for you
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to customers, visitors, and the service centre
- Assisting operational processes, including handling enquiries, collating packs, filing, scanning and monitoring training expiration dates
- Updating internal spreadsheets accurately
- Preparing statistical information for review
- Proactively engaging in company initiatives for continuous improvement
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- SVQ/HNC Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the provision of administration assistance in a busy office, including multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to selfmanage busy workload and prioritise own tasks to achieve objectives set by others
- Motivated to learn new systems and processes, whilst highlighting potential improvements to current processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
