About us


In 1905, The Savoy Hotel set out to create the most comfortable bed for what was without question the world's most luxurious and glamorous hotel.

The result is the bed we still make today, The Savoir No.2, and for over 100 years luminaries as diverse as Sir Winston Churchill, Giacomo Puccini and Marilyn Monroe have experienced the cloud-like comfort they provide.


Savoir uses the finest natural materials, from long, curled Latin American horse tail to Mongolian cashmere and British lamb's wool, together with the best craftsmanship to create sublime and long lasting comfort from our clients.

Each bed is made specifically for a client, at either our bedworks in west Londonor south Wales. One person makes each mattress, and, like an artist, signs the label on each completed job.

With Savoir showrooms around the world, from London to New York, Paris to Shanghai, the brand is global.

Each showroom has skilled consultants who help provide not only the perfect support, but also design a bed to fit the client's style.

Bespoke headboards and an almost unlimited array of upholstery options ensure that each bed is unique.


The business has been privately owned since a buy out from The Savoy in 1997, and has expanded rapidly over the last five years.

As we grow we set out to improve the way we do things across the board, to give firm foundations for further, profitable growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct sales consultations and outreach with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective success

Experience:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative selling environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
  • Selling luxury goods
  • Selling home interiors / furnishing products, ideally involving fabric options
  • Providing visual representations of potential designs
  • Retail within a departments store

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs

Salary:
£22,192.00-£27,581.00 per year
