Due to growth, we require 2 Recruitment Consultants from one of the following backgrounds to join the team and work on an existing patch (Environmental and Sales) out of our Moseley office in the centre of Moseley Village.

Trainee

Educated to graduate level or similar looking for their first career role into sales.
612month sales experience ideally in a telephone or client facing role (e.g hospitality)

Junior

612 months experience in recruitment
23 years' experience in a telephonebased sales environment with proven sales performance

Experienced

2+ years' experience in the recruitment industry with a track record of performance (any sector)

The role will come with specific training and dependent on your grade this will be either on all stages of the Recruitment Process or focussing on LinkedIN, management and career advancement to gain exclusive clients to move into a key account managementrole

Commission is paid out at 30% as a minimum with a secondary scheme for the first 12 months of your employment.
