As part of Quanteam Group, Quanteam UK (incorporated in 2010) has today more than 60 consultants, working for major Capital Markets players in London.


ABOUT THE PROJECT


Our client, the eFX Technology team of a Spanish Investment Bank based in London, is currently leading a greenfield project, redeveloping from scratch their Front Office eTrading platform, for the eFX business.


With this regard, a Senior Consultant is expected in the team, to bring his expertise around Core Java Multithreading as well as low latency development in eTrading environment.


Skillset required:


  • Solid core Java 8+.
  • In depth coding to low latencies using multithreading constructs.
- eFX knowledge, products, pricing

  • FIX protocol
  • Experience working with trading venues such as FxAll, Bloomberg, 360T
  • Messaging systems experience, Tibco EMS/RV.
  • Test driven development experience using Mocks, Junit.
  • Experience working with Unix/Linux.
  • Continuous integration experience using Gradle, Maven or similar.
  • Working in a highly agile team.
  • Previous experience working in an front office banking environment
