Our client is a leading UK wholesaler of Air Conditioning and Ventilation Install products, committed to providing world-class service. They are looking for a
Credit Controller to join their team. You will handle queries, contact customers for remittances, and maintain regular communication to facilitate sales and ensure timely payments.

Duties:

Handle customer queries and obtain proof of deliveries.
Send copy invoices and credit notes.
Establish and maintain regular communication with customers.
Agree payment plans and negotiate sales facilitation.
Notify customers of upcoming or outstanding invoices.
Facilitate regular payments and take card payments over the phone.

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience in Credit Control or working towards CICM
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident telephone manner
