Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.

Duties:


  • Communicate with customers face to face and chat to address their inquiries and provide solutions
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and promotions to customers
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating as necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Note:
Full-time and part-time positions available


Part-time:
Three days between Monday and Friday (25 hours)


Full-time:
Monday to Friday, no weekends


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
£21,383.00-£22,366.00 per year


Expected hours:
No less than 25 per week
