Description
Groomfield recruitment are seeking a dedicated and reliable Factory Worker to join our team.

As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
- £11.66

Hours

  • 6am2pm / 8am4pm ( rotating shift) Flexible hours

Duties:


  • Operating the overhead crane
  • Not essential
  • Operating the counter balance FLT
  • Operate machinery and equipment
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:


  • Dealing with steel in a manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical aptitude to operate machinery and troubleshoot minor issues

Skills:


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 weeks


Salary:
From £11.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
