One of the strongest businesses throughout the pandemic, our client is looking for a Lead Insight Analyst to join their award-winning loyalty team.


THE COMPANY
A leading retail group across food, clothing, home, and banking, with over 30 million customers.

This business are on a technology-driven journey to transform the way they use data, create insights and grow their customer base.

This role will support internaland external partners to better leverage their data and drive forward analytics with a commercial twist.


THE ROLE

  • Analyse large datasets of customer behaviour using R
  • Conduct postcampaign analysis to measure acquisitions and channels effectively
  • Build models and deepdive on analytics within endtoend projects
  • Hold stakeholder relations with external and internal partners
  • Translate analytics into actionable strategies with commercial reasoning

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience within an Insight Analytics, Customer Analytics or similar position
  • Experience using Python and R
  • Good statistical and modelling experience i.e. propensity models, price elasticity, linear regression
  • Financial services experience would be advantageous
