About Our Client:

A leading Housing Association.


Key responsibilities:

  • To accurately verify housing costs with Universal Credit for our Residents via the landlord portal.
  • To record verification details on the Workwise system.
  • To liaise with housing management teams, the universal credit lead and welfare benefits advisers to ensure that any issues with verifications are resolved in a timely manner.
  • To assist with monitoring the universal credit mailbox and with forwarding/recording verifications received via the mailbox.
  • The role may also involve contacting Residents who have not reported their rent increase on time.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience of working in an administrative role.
  • Experience of using a housing management system or similar e.g. case management system.
  • Experience of working in a charitable/third sector organisation (desirable, not essential)
