Teaching Assistant

Duties:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students.
Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning disabilities.
Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
Help students with tasks such as reading, writing, and completing assignments.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.
Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a safe learning environment.

Experience:

Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special needs.
Knowledge of special education practices and strategies.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, parents, and other staff members.
Experience in tutoring or mentoring is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Graduate

Salary:
£80.00-£110.00 per day
