About Us
newrooms are excited to be recruiting for an _
Accounts & HR Co-ordinator_ to join our small team in Norfolk. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a growing company which still has a strong 'family-feel'.
About The Role
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Looking after our company accounts, working with both B2B and B2C invoices, supplier payments, bank reconciliations and filing VAT.
- Coordinating payroll and CIS.
- Preparing information and liaising with the company accountant.
- Supporting the MD with financial information including cashflow forecasts.
- General HR responsibilities including staff contracts, holiday management, office cover.
- Taking the lead on utility contracts at all sites including insurance and health and safety.
- Administration for our fleet of company vehicles including leasing, servicing, MOTs, mileage and insurance.
- Daytoday administration for the business.
- General office cover when necessary including answering telephones.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
