About Us
newrooms are excited to be recruiting for an _
Accounts & HR Co-ordinator_ to join our small team in Norfolk. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a growing company which still has a strong 'family-feel'.


About The Role

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Looking after our company accounts, working with both B2B and B2C invoices, supplier payments, bank reconciliations and filing VAT.
  • Coordinating payroll and CIS.
  • Preparing information and liaising with the company accountant.
  • Supporting the MD with financial information including cashflow forecasts.
  • General HR responsibilities including staff contracts, holiday management, office cover.
  • Taking the lead on utility contracts at all sites including insurance and health and safety.
  • Administration for our fleet of company vehicles including leasing, servicing, MOTs, mileage and insurance.
  • Daytoday administration for the business.
  • General office cover when necessary including answering telephones.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
