Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive team as a Customer Service Advisor.

Summary


You will provide a high standard of both inbound and outbound telephone support and associated administrative tasks within the call centre.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identifying the appropriate technician and locating the stock in order to complete the job for the Customer in an efficient and effective manner
  • Act as the liaison between the Technician and the Customer until the job has been completed in line with the agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Accurately and efficiently entering information reported onto the relevant systems
  • Managing the 3rd party escalation and suppliers
  • Adapting your approach ensuring you deliver outstanding customer service every time

Skills and experience

  • Experience in a paced customer service environment
  • Experience in managing customer expectations and demands
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Package and benefits

  • Hours of work are Monday
  • Friday hours per week pm 9.00pm
