Your responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator will include the following:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.

You will be rewarded the following as the Sales Negotiator:

£20,000
£28,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

- £40,000 - £60,000 OTE

Required Skills for the Sales Negotiator:

Proven track record as a Sales Negotiator within the Real Estate industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
A valid driver's license.
