Residential Surveyor - Halifax - Up to £50,000 + car allowance + bonus
This is a Residential Surveyor position with a leading independent firm of Chartered Surveyors.

Priding themselves on their Yorkshire heritage, extensive industry experience and detailed market knowledge, they offer an exceptional breadth of expertise.


This multi-disciplinary property firm cover commercial and residential property, sales and lettings, valuation, surveying, asset advisory and property management, so you will be surrounded by a team with various skills and experience.


What you will be doing

  • Servicing existing residential surveying and valuation work
  • Providing a full range of surveying services, including bank valuations, homebuyer surveys and building survey reports for all residential property types together with land for a range of purposes

What you will have

  • MRICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ambition to develop your career and build it with this business
