Description
We are recruiting Associate Directors on behalf of our customer who are a respected national property consultancy. As an Associate Director you will be a key member of the Building Consultancy Team.

As an Associate Directoryour responsibilities will include;

  • Managing client relationships
  • Delivering against your own fee earning targets
  • Supporting the team to achieve and outperform KPI's and performance indicators
  • Driving business development
  • Seeking new profitable opportunities for all areas of the company
  • Taking an active part in the Building Consultancy division as well as the broader team
  • Working effectively with stakeholders
  • MRICS/FRICS Qualified Chartered Building Surveyor with 5+ years' post qualification experience
  • Experience in;
  • Commercial Building Surveys
  • Schedules of Condition
  • Preparation of Schedules and Negotiation of Dilapidations
  • Contract Administration
  • Development Monitoring
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance plans/schedules
  • Reinstatement Cost Assessment
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of in client liaison
  • Ability to undertake tasks on time and deliver sustained fee income
The Employment package on offer;

  • Up to £65,000 per annum DOE + bonuses
