Aamor Inox is a leading stainless steel manufacturer with a focus on stainless steel manufacturing and sales in the European market.

The company operates in Germany and has ambitious plans to expand into the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Aamor Inox is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director / General Manager to lead the charge in driving stainless steel sales in the UK market.


Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to bring in a substantial volume of business, ranging from 500 to 1000 metric tons.
  • Lead and manage the company's expansion into the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
  • Act as an individual contributor, working directly with clients, with potential opportunities to build a sales team in the future.
  • Collaborate with the team, including remote work and officebased work, to meet client needs.
  • Be flexible and open to travel to client locations for facetoface meetings.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on energetic and proactive engagement.

Qualification

  • 15+ years of experience in the stainless steel industry, with a significant emphasis on stainless steel manufacturing and sales.
  • Indepth knowledge of the UK and European market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally in the range of 500 to 1000 metric tons.
  • Ability to manage and lead expansion into new markets.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and willing to travel as needed.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus

£50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
