ABOUT THE JOB
Whilst working as part of the Packing team set up and operate the case erectors on all three lines to ensure adequate supply of cases are supplied to the packing lines
Ensure the case erectors are set up correctly in line with production requirements, ensuring that the machines are adequately supplied with cases and glue

  • Complete all associated paperwork, ensuring that Company policies and procedures are followed
  • Report all damage, signs of wear and tear and decoder issues to the Packing Team Leader, QA or Engineering Department
  • Actively participate in MCE activities and follow a 'clean as you go' policy
  • Ensure your our personal safety and that of all personal including others who may be affected by the Company's activities
  • Challenge unsafe behaviours
  • Adhere to the duties required for your role within the Health and Safety policy
  • Promote and enforce behaviours and actions that will prevent all contamination threats to products whether physical, microbial or chemical
  • Escalate immediately reporting on the status of any noncompliance in the system or process to management for counter measure or immediate remedy
  • Understanding of the handoff from the previous case erector op and the information is received clear so all the information is passed in the huddle board

WHERE YOU'LL WORK:

Based at our Whittlesey plant, you will be responsible for Setting up the palletising system to run - including pallet dispenser, banders, all roller tracks, all conveyors, and auto-palletiser)
