We are recruiting for a Contract Monitoring Officer who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
The Facilities department are looking to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic Contract Monitoring Assistant to join the team.
As a key member of the Facilities Contracts team, you will be monitoring the performance of the facilities services within the Trust.
You will also assist the Service Manager in providing administrative support to the Facilities Contracts Manager ensuring a customer focused and value for money service.
You will play a key role in monitoring the performance of external contracts and internal service provision for those services managed by the facilities contracts team.
The role involves undertaking cleanliness inspections, internal monitoring of service providers and other monitoring related tasks to ensure compliance with service specifications in line with quality, quantity, and cost.
As well as being a physically active role, the post holder will also require good organisational and communication skills and the ability to prioritise their workload to meet changing demands.
