We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will need to multitask and work independently.Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product issues
- Provide product recommendations and educate customers on product features and benefits
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Generating quotes
- Updating customer orders
- Other responsibilities as and when required
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Due to the nature of the business, we experience our busiest time of the year, from March to September, and as such, we require all hands on deck to ensure smooth operations.
During this time, the workload is significantly lower, and taking time off would have mínimal impact on the team's productivity.
Pay - £24, £26,000.00 per year
- based on experience.
Benefits include 4 weeks paid holiday plus bank Holidays, Government approved pension scheme and sick pay.
