Permanent contract, ideally starting August 2023

Full time or part time considered with a minimum of two days in the office (pro rata for P/T)

We are recruiting for an experienced Coordinator as a core member of the newly established Strategy and Planning team within Corporate Services.

The remit of the Strategy and Planning team is to develop and improve the Foundation's processes for corporate strategy development, planning and impact, including our ongoing strategic approach, working with the Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer and directors' team.


The Strategy and Planning Coordinator role, reporting to the Assistant Director of Strategy and Planning and working closely with the wider Strategy and Planning team, will provide administrative support to the Foundation's corporate strategy and planning work, with a particular focus on administrative support relating to the strategy and business planning processes.

This is a crucial time for the Foundation as we implement our new strategy.

The role holder will play a central role in supporting corporate strategic activities, with a focus on high quality and efficient administrative support for strategic programming, coordination of activities between organisational strategy and short-term planning, and executive assistant support to the Assistant Director of Strategy and Planning.

A key part of the role will be developing effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, in order to effectively coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement.
