Specifics - Support in the running of our refocus room ensuring that students are engaged in effective learning during their time there. Mentoring students around their behaviours and making the right choices. The role will also look involve liaising with parents and other stakeholders to ensure students are supported within lessons.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the differentiation of lessons;
- Working alongside classroom teachers to support the behaviour of identified pupils;
- Assisting with inclusion activities;
- Be flexible and willing to work with students outside the classroom;
- Providing a positive role model for young people;
- Potentially working with small groups or in a 1:1 setting;
- Providing feedback and helping with assessments;
- Using deescalation techniques to ensure pupils are calm and able to access the full range of education offered.

Salary:
£17,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
