Motor Vehicle Coordinator


We have a fantastic opportunity to join a sociable, progressive, and fast-moving Credit Hire Company that provides temporary replacement cars/vans to people who have been involved in road traffic accidents.


Role Overview


As a Vehicle Coordinator, you would join a collaborative and supportive team handling the management of a fleet of 500+ vehicles provided to motorists involved in accidents.

These are a mixture of prestige, mainstream, and commercial vehicles

Within the role, you will be responsible for matching the correct vehicle to the customer based on the spec, engine size, and caliber of their current car/van. So, a passion and knowledge of cars is a must_


Responsibilities

  • Select, coordinate, and organise for a suitable car/van to provide to the customer
  • Coordinate and organise the collection and movement of the damaged vehicles
  • Communicate with a team of experienced Satellite Hub Controllers to be able to effectively direct the vehicle delivery drivers on the most efficient routes
  • Log and record vehicle movement information on the internal database (Proclaim)
  • Deal with damage requests, faults, servicing, and returns processes for any returning fleet vehicles allocated
  • Carefully checking all documentation and vehicle condition reports returned to ensure processes have been followed correctly.

Location:

  • Uxbridge, Middlesex

Salary:

  • up to £23,000 depending on experience

Hybrid:

  • build up to 1-2 days of remote working

Hours - Mon-Fri hours 8 am - 4:30 pm

1x Sat every 3 weeks for 2 hours 9 am to 11 am (Paid overtime)
