Are you eligible?

First, you'll need the right qualifications. For Technology roles in England, that's 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at BCC.
Technology roles are wideranging so you don't have to become a coder to thrive here. What you do need though is the will to learn and the commitment to see your programme through. Working in Fleet

Whilst our fantastic office facilities in Fleet will make you want to come to the office to work every day, we are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in.
