Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for traveling to clients' homes and providing a range of care and support services, including personal care, medication management, and assistance with daily tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Travel to clients' homes within a designated area to provide care and support services
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure the highest level of care and support
  • Attend training and development sessions as required

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a care worker or in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Compassion and commitment to providing highquality care

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Part-time hours: 15-60 per week


Salary:
From £12.50 per hour
