Graduate Research Recruitment Consultant:
Responsibilities

Identifying top performers and talent pools in the industry
Mapping the market landscape and analysing competitors
Forging relationships with US Investment Bank/Hedge Fund managers and regularly consulting high calibre FinTech professionals, to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
Developing an understanding of market dynamics and building rapport with industry professionals
Handling salary ranges spanning from £100,000 to £700,000.

Graduate Research Recruitment Consultant:
Requirements

Impeccable academics; degree from a Top 40 university
Excellent A Levels, ideally straight A's
Experience working in a professional environment through internships, placements & work experience
An innate hunger for success
Excellent communication skills in both the spoken and written form

Salary:
£30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
