Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Support individual and small group activities to enhance pupils cognitive and social development.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere to ensure all children feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to implement effective teaching strategies and interventions.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working with Early Years children is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
